Great effort and time goes into verifying the product descriptions for consistency and accuracy. The images attached to the products aim to aid you with your selection, size illustrated may differ to product as we use the same picture for each variant. Also please expect that some changes may occur in colour, shape and design especially with varying computer monitor s.

Ordering
www.mstechstore.com.au products are subject to availability. Therefore, product items may be withdrawn at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders, either in whole or part. Once you place an order you will receive a notice of confirmation via e-mail. Your products will be sent to you after you complete an order form with your payment details included and payment is received by MD Agencies Australia. After the e-mail confirmation is forwarded this commences the legally binding agreement between you and MD Agencies Australia and therefore will commence the terms and conditions.
The prices quoted on this website are in Australian dollars $AUD and GST inclusive.

Exchange and Refunds
A product can be returned within 7 days of receipt if not completely satisfied for a full money back guarantee.
The goods must be in a saleable form with the original packaging in tact and unopened.
Goods must have a valid mstechstore.com.au receipt. Returns and exchanges are only valid for goods verified to be purchased from mstechstore.com.au Prior to returning goods a Return Authorisation Number must be obtained. No returned goods will be accepted without this Authorisation. The customer must also pay return freight charges.

Postage & Handling
www.mstechstore.com.au offers 2 types of domestic delivery methods.
Standard Delivery or Express Delivery both of which are either with Australia Post or Couriers please depending on delivery location.
Standard delivery takes between 5-7 working days anywhere in Australia Regular delivery is calculated on the number of items ordered. A flat rate applies Australia wide.
Express delivery is given priority handling and packing, then dispatched via either Express Courier or Express Post. Actual delivery time is again dependent on delivery location.
Once packed and dispatched all orders in, state metropolitan areas covered by Australia Post Express Post service, should then arrive next business day. Outer regional areas may take between 1-4 working days after dispatch. We do not accept liability for a delay in the event that there is no one to receive the order at the delivery address. Any additional resending costs will be by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot always deliver to post boxes.


Out of Stocks and Backorders
On the condition that the product you ordered is not in stock, you will be notified by e-mail immediately. During this time you can either cancel your order or place the order on back order except where a limited stock item or promotion.
